Jesse Astrology Console
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the personal, non-commercial Jesse Astrology Console uses Google Drive data. The application is intended for use by its owner and processes data only to complete owner-initiated tasks.
01
Information accessed
The application requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. This permission allows it to access only files and folders created by the application or specifically made available to it by the user. It does not request general access to every file in Google Drive.
The application may access file names, file identifiers, folder relationships, file size, content and technical metadata for those app-accessible files.
02
How information is used
Access is used solely to create the application's working folders; upload user-initiated astrology workflow files; verify uploaded files by reading them back; replace known output files; and move app-created job folders to Google Drive trash when the user requests cleanup.
03
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and application configuration are stored locally on the owner's Mac with restricted file permissions. The application does not operate a remote database for Google Drive content. Files transferred to Google Drive remain subject to the user's Google account controls and Google's security practices.
04
Sharing and advertising
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. It is not transferred to third parties except the Google services required to perform the user-requested Drive operation, or when disclosure is required by law.
05
Retention and deletion
Working files remain in the user's Google Drive until the user deletes them or directs the application to move an app-created job folder to trash. Local OAuth authorization remains until it expires, is replaced, or the user revokes access. The user can revoke access at any time from the security settings of their Google Account.
06
Website data
This informational website does not use account registration, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Its hosting provider may process standard technical request information for security and reliable delivery.
07
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the developer using the support email displayed on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
